I know it's been a while. We have moved out of my folks place and into an apt. We had a nice Christmas with my family, a fun New Years with Picks family, and celebrated my grandpa Bobs 80th birthday with a surprise birthday bash.
Chelsea is growing so beautifully. We cannot believe she is 11 months and walking. The first day she walked to me I know I was supposed to clap but I had tears streaming down my cheeks. She is quite proud of herself and celebrates plenty for the two of us!
Pick is working and taking classes. We love it when he is home with us. Chelsea thinks he is so funny and loves it when he chases her around the house and tickles her. Her laugh is adorable.
Anyway, enough gushing. Here is some video. Now that we are settled into our new place I will be more consistent about updates. Thanks family for being patient with me!
Yes, she is carrying around her bed socks while walking. She always has something in her hands.
This next video is slightly boring. (If you are not a grandparent you probably want to skip it). It shows Chelsea busy at "work". She does this 4 or 5 times a day. You might be wondering why do I put them all away when she's just going to pull them out again? Well, it takes me about 30sec. to put them away, and about 15mins for her to "sort through them." The 15mins is time for me to type an e-mail, do the dishes, or whatever I want/need to do. So I'm quite content with the arrangement so far!
